The specific scope of service will be confirmed during the booking process.
We do not offer hazardous cleaning, including but not limited to mold removal, biohazard cleanup, pest infestations, or areas requiring industrial equipment.
2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments must be booked through our website, phone, or messaging.

We do our best to arrive on time; however, arrival windows of up to 1 hour may occur due to traffic or unforeseen delays.

Customers must provide accurate access instructions and ensure someone 18+ is present if required.
3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the information provided (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and condition of the property).

If the condition of the home is significantly different from what was described, an adjusted price may apply.

Payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept: cash, electronic transfers, Zelle, or approved credit/debit payments.
Late or failed payments may result in cancellation of future services.
4. Cancellations and Reschedulin
To avoid fees, customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours may incur a late cancellation fee of 50% service fee.

If our team arrives and cannot access the home, a lockout fee may be charged.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning:

You must notify us within 24 hours.

We will return to fix the issue at no additional charge.
Refunds are not guaranteed, but we always aim to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Provide safe and clear access to the property.

Secure pets if necessary.

Remove personal items or valuables that may obstruct cleaning.

Disclose any fragile or high-value items.
We are not responsible for items left in unstable or dangerous conditions.
7. Damages and Liability
Our cleaners take great care in your home. However:

We are not responsible for normal wear, pre-existing damage, or unstable items.

Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours with photos or supporting evidence.

Rise N Shine Maid Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Health and Safety
For the safety of our staff, we do not clean:

Hazardous materials

Human or animal waste beyond normal conditions

Pest-infested homes

Mold or black mold areas

High or dangerous surfaces requiring special ladders/equipment
Our team may refuse service if the environment is unsafe.
9. Pet Policy
We love pets, but for their safety and ours:

Pets must be secured during the cleaning.

We are not responsible for pets escaping during entry or exit.
